This course will take around 240 minutes

This course is designed for everyone selling or marketing technology solutions to the retail industry who would like to do a better job of negotiating with retailers and creating a win-win for both parties. 

By the end of the course you will be able to: 

  • describe the retail culture and mindset with respect to negotiation
  • identify the pre-negotiation planning that will help you succeed and maintain control throughout the negotiation process
  • recognize the tactics retailers will use on you and help you interpret the tactics correctly
  • plan and deploy appropriate countertactics
  • and, as a result, conclude negotiations to create more of a win-win for both parties
